Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is damaged or defective when delivered

  • You received the wrong item

  • You don’t like the item and want to return or exchange it

We want you to love what you wear, so we’ve made our return process simple and smooth.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • All tags and receipts must be included

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds & Replacements

  • If you choose a refund, we’ll return the amount to the same payment method (Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa).

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • For damaged or wrong items, we’ll send the replacement free of charge.

You always have legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
