Sehar Bano delivers all across Pakistan. We use reliable courier services to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are.

We’ve made our order processing simple and smooth to give you a hassle-free shopping experience. Here's how it works:


How to Place an Order

  1. Add your desired item(s) to the shopping cart on our website.

  2. Fill in the following details during checkout:

    • Full Name

    • Phone Number

    • Date of Birth

    • Email Address

    • Complete Address

    • Country, City, State/Province, Postal Code

  3. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to place your order and receive your Order Number.

  4. Once placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order summary.

  5. We will call you to confirm your order before dispatch.

    Please note: Answering this confirmation call is mandatory. If not answered, your order will be put on hold and may run out of stock.


Order Tracking

  • After confirmation, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number and order details.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.


Receiving Your Order

  • When your order arrives, please check it before paying.

  • Keep your invoice safe for at least 14 days, in case you need to return or exchange your item (as per our return policy).


Important Notes

  • We try our best to show accurate colors of our products on the website. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on your device screen or settings.


Pakistan Shipping Details

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day (Monday).

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days.

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be redirected, so please ensure someone is available at your given address to receive and sign for the parcel.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • We are not offering refunds on website orders at the moment.

  • However, we do allow exchanges, as long as:

    • The item is unused,

    • In original packaging, and

    • In new and undamaged condition.
